But as a growing small business they had a challenge to improve their website experience to increase online conversions. When Karsh Hagan first tested the website, people thought they just sold tents. We had to show them that they were in the business of providing luxury dream vacations that immerse you in nature.

We took a test and learn approach, started showing large visuals of the experience, micro interactions to engage the audience to explore tents and the parks and give a luxury feel. And we did this over time, testing and optimizing each update to drive engagement and conversions.

We consistently improved the experience overtime driving an increase in reduced site load time, reduced bounce rate, increased engagement, increased overall site conversion rate, and improved media results that led to record sales year over year.
